Product Problem: Switch stopped working

The spray switch works fine but the normal vacuum has stopped turning on. We have moved to Australia (Perth) now so not sure where to go for support. I also cannot see where to open and see if it is a simple wire problem. Big Green Cleaning Machine.

I have that problem aswell , the spray function works fine but the suction unit is dead and doesnt turn on.

A small piece of plastic about inchand a half long and about half inch wide broke off under the foot pedal that holds the vacuum upright. What can be done to fix this? Thank you
