I need the manual for the Rice cooker Plus purchased in 2007. I have lost mine and the recipes in it were great.

Machine has had limited use despite age. Worked OK yesterday,but today drive spindle will not move. Previously I could turn it by fingers with a minor effort. Suppose it is choked up with flour. Do I have to get it taken apart or is it OK to try to use the machine again? I do not want to risk burning out the motor.

According to manual while charging the charge indicator will keep illuminated. I need to know if once it has charged the red indicator has to turn off or turn green. Because I keep the appliance connected to the charge base more than 21hrs and the red indicator did not turned off.
