This is my 6th or 7th Black & Decker Breadmaker - and I am very disappointed in it. (I have loved all the others). It is very hard to see the controll panel. I don't like the program settings, it is hard to figure out how to use my old receipes. Also the pan is very difficult to set in place. All very frustrating.

I uploaded the guide for models RC400, RC410, and RC550. Manuals Online somehow reverted to the existing RC400/RC500 (Spanish) manual. I have no idea where the pdf I uploaded was sent.

I do not have the measuring scoop, so I don't know how much rice to add per 3,4,5,6, and 7 marks of water. Can you help me? This is for the RC400 cooker.

Use a liquid measuring cup to measure rice; 1 c. rice = 5 1/2 oz. The water levels indicate number of cups being cooked. Example: Add 3 cups rice (at 5 1/2 oz. each) to liner, then fill to level 3 with water.
