Product Problem: boiler fault

The boiler will start up and then a few mins later, the fault code EA flashes up. We have had no hot water or heating for 7 days! The boiler is only 2 and half years old, is it right that although it is over 2 years old guarantee that it is still covered by manufacturer for 10 years ?

Simply unclipped the clear pastic half dome at the bottom of the pipe to clear the dirty water then re-fitted it. Re-started the boiler using master on off switch to ensure it ran the siphon fill program otherwise the nasty gases might escape and it works fine. Going to have an engineer round anyway to check it over and make sure all is as it should be.

Doesn't seem like the washer is doing a very good job drying the dishes after the wash. They can come out wet or at least with a film of condensation. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Product Problem: Won't fully drain after use

A standing pool of water remains at the bottom of the dishwasher. The large and fine filters have been checked, and cleaned. Almost no debree at all in the filters, being that they're self cleaning. What other issue might it be? Condo is 1 year old and has no other drainage issues.
