Product Problem: Door not closing properly

Our 2007 freezer door does not close properly. we replaced the the rubber seal with a new defy rubber seal and still it does not close. we are waisting a lot of power and it over freeses because of the air coming in. Is this a manufacturers fault because i have spoken to people with the same problem. i am currently shopping for a tumble dryer and i am now scared to buy Defy again. How can it be fixed?

Product Problem: washing machine out of control!

the lock nuts on the front legs become loose all the time during spin cycle no matter how tight they are priro - resulting in a very out of control machine that moves and bounces out of its place.the one rubber stopper at the back has also come loose due to all of this. please help as i cannot use this machine!is there anything i can do in the mean time to control/stop this?

i am looking for the manual for the defy automaid daw 201 - i recently purchased a second gand machne and am not sure if i am using correctly. please help.
