DESA T36P gas fireplace won't restart after summer propane gas shutoff at gas tank.Read instructions kept inside FP;Doing all per metal sheet; no start.call 774-202-4402 during wk to discuss with me.feedback: gas valve open at tank and at inline fireplace cutoff: off/pilot/on to pilot and pushed in for five sec’s; piezo ignitor pressed multiple times w/o success.TANK was just refilled. Batteries replaced in sensor box looking out into room and remote seems to turn on/of OK (dsd@ieee.org)

Won't restart after summer propane gas shutoff at external gas tank. My daughter asked me (engineer) to help start her DESA T36P gas fireplace and I tried w/o success to do that. Read metal instructions kept inside FP; think I'm doing everything per metal sheet but; no start. Downloaded manual to see if that might help. Please call 774-202-4402 during week (quickly please) to discuss briefly with me

My unit is about three years old. The remote quit working. The display lights up but will not send signal. Replaced batteries and still not results. How can I buy a new remote?
