I recently moved, and the movers misplaced the pegs that are in the back of the stand that give support for the glass in the middle. Without the support, the glass bows in the middle. What can I do to fix the problem?

My picture had a green hue around everything. I covered the green bulb the green hue is gone the color is not good though. Is there anything I can do?
