my freezer is not freezing properly, i have defrosted it for over 24 hours and turned it back on. ive put a tray of ice cubes in the top drawer but it is still not freezing! what is the problem and can you help please?

Product Problem: how do i changing the main rubber on the drum

my door leaks when the machine is running i think it is the main rubber on the drum is it easy to change and if so how do i change it. the washing machine is a hotpoint wma46 thanks simon

Product Problem: FOOD DEFROST ALERT ON

WE HAD A POWER CUT FOR 4 HOURS YESTERDAY , THE FREEZER WAS NOT OPENED IN THIS TIME , THE FOOD DEFROST ALERT LED CAME ON AND SO DID THE FAST FREEZE LIGHT, THE FAST FREEZE LIGHT HAS GONE OFF BUT THE FOOD DEFROST ALERT LED HAS NOT.THE FOOD IS FROZEN AND THE FRIDGE IS COOL. IT IS NOW 24 HOURS SINCE THE POWER CAME ON. HOW DO I GET THE ALERT LIGHT TO GO OFF?

The washing machine works ok but it wont get rit of the water.
Is there a "filter" there could be blocked.
If yes, where is it- I cant find it. Normally it is placed on the front.
