Bake function does not work. When turning dial on for baking, Oven light comes on, but the burners never ignite. The stove works fine and if the dial is turned to Broil, the top oven burner comes on.

We have a renter that cracked the glass cooktop on our Hotpoint stove. The only number I was able to find was inside the oven door-317B6641P001. The unit is about 7or8 years old. I'm trying to find out the model number so that I can order a new cooktop,as I hate to replace the whole oven which works fine.Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Product Problem: Water Dispenser Stopped Working

The ice maker works but the water dispenser stopped. I changed the filter and can hear a click sound when I engage the water handle but no water comes out. I even held the handle in for 2 minutes to clear the line as the manual suggests. What should I check next. Thanks for any input.
