Product Problem: Both oven elements not working at same time.

Older Kenmore Mark 4 oven, at max 20 years. Both oven elements work in oven, top one when broiling, bottom while baking, but never both together on bake.

Fuses are ok, is it a tmeperature sensor or electrical control that could be gone?

Can send picture if needed, but cannot find any other id on the stove as to what year or product number. Info worn off fuse area.

Product Problem: Stove settings won't work

I have a Kenmore store and every time I select bake time or cook time, it says door and won't let me do anything else.

Also not sure what model I have of this stove, just know it has a timer that I cannot set.
