My oven has a convection oven as well as a regular oven. I've recently moved into the home and the manual was not left. Do not know how the convection oven operates. Also, I was told the previous owner used oven cleaner, then turned on the 'oven clean' and the oven and the oven's window is a mess. Is there any way to get the oven looking decent again? Can the oven door be taken off in order to clean the inside of the glass?? I really need a manual! The serial number of the oven is XS0106633.

I have the same problem, the blage gets stuck in. It's dangerous to pull it. This is a poor design. I will never buy Kitchenaid again. I know what the problem is. The drive key is a very poor design. I will call them to get a refund

My KHM155L microwave flipped the breaker when opening the door. Reset Breaker and nothing happens-no lights, etc... Tried plugging something else into the outlet and it workls fine. Is there an internal fuse/breaker.

I do have the same problem and cannot visualise how to repair the spring, because the door is opening and closing but we have to retain it otherwise it bangs down when we open it. Did you find a way to repair it yourself?

Greetings. Water is pooling in the tub and I can catch a glimpse of it bubbling out of the lower wash arm upon opening the door during a cycle. However, no water appears to be pumping up to the middle and upper spray arms. The upper rack is dry as is most of the door (and soap is cacked near the soap dispenser). What would prevent the water from being pumped through these assemblies?
