In the soap dispenser there are two cups, the larger one for soap the other for what? It has a starburst like symbol in it.

I took my ice make apart to clean it..... now water is not flowing to the freezing tray.... did I reassemble the inside correctly ???? is this a pump problem ????

Product Problem: High power burner will not ignite

I have a Kitchen Aid range model KGRA806 and the power burner will not lite. The igniter will spark but no flame will come. There is very little gas exiting the simmer port causing the power burner to not lite. It seems that a very small flame inside the simmer burner is on, but not large enough to exit the top of the burner. Has anyone seen this problem? Please advise. Thank You!

I have an incomplete refrigerator which is missing the entire compressor/condenser assembly. This is mounted on the top of the unit. Does anybody have 1. repair manual so I can figure out the plumbing 2. A scrap refrigerator with this top unit on it? This is a beautiful refrigerator and I would hate to scrap it.

The temmp is normally at 0. It has now been registering at 6 for the past 48 hours. I vacuumed the coils. It is difficult getting behind the first grate. Any suggestions on cleaning coils and is the temp in the normal range?

unable to get child lock light to go out and stay out.
held button for 4 seconds. it will go out, but when you try to start the dishwasher, the child lock lite comes back on. rendering the dishwsher unusable

We have an icemaker that will make ice but the water continues to run after it makes ice (i.e. it does not shut off water and it continues to run and melt the ice in the pan). The SN is EM5020058 and it was made in Dec 02. It is in a condo that is rarely used. Before I replace the whole unit, I wanted to know if there one an easy fix.
