Product Tip: Balancing Problem

Our dryer is out of balance. It has a thumping sound as it spins. I believe that is why it doesn't always dry the first time around. How do we get it back into balance?

get splash page then screen turns yellow/blue and othercrazy colors. Started in morning after charging. Cannot get rid by making selections. Numbers appear shaded in background. after splash screes appears and press any key screen goes crazy Any help back to normal?

I just got this fridge set up in my house, it was previously owned by a different user. There is a beeping noise going off every three to four minuetes. I don't know what to do but it's driving me insane.

That beeping noise means the door is open. Make sure all doors are closed. You may have a problem with a door switch.

Water gets into the ice compartment, forming a giant solid clump of ice in the ice tray. could this be caused from the defrost heater? Our freezer is always jam packed full, could that be part of the problem
