TU 720, When I turn my phone on there is just a blank screen that shows, i can recieve calls but there is nothing but a blank screen so I am unable to do anything else

My 4 year old locked my phone somehow and I can't remember my original lock code..Is there a generic code to unlock these phones

try 0000, that may be the default setting. I hope it works for you
