Was making coffee and made two very short coffees. Steam came out of it and the display went blank. I would like a users manual if possible. Thanks.

It sounds like your machine sprung an internal leak, which might have damaged the electronics.

I'd suggest you stop using it immediately and send it to a qualified repair agent like The Expresso Shoppe - www.expressoshoppe.com

Good Luck!

Product Problem: overtempreture

I would like some help with my coffee machine. Once I make the coffees and warm steam for coffees, the display area shows me the following word : overtempreture. Im unable to use the machine for 2 to 4 nminutes. Does anyone know why?

Latest post, made on 2009-07-06 14:41:33
This is normal - the machine has two temperature "modes"; coffee and steam.

The temperature in Coffee mode is below boiling (~96 C) ; in Steam mode it's over boiling (~115 C) so the water boils off into steam and froths your milk.

You can cool the machine off faster by running water out the steam wand. It will sputter a little, but once the boiler cools below 100 C, the water sill come out smoothly.
