Product Problem: DW 20 / Beeping & Pump Running

I have a Viking DW20, last night it started beeping & the light for a heavy wash started flashing! Drain pump runs continuously even if I turn off the power. The only way to shut it down it to unplug the unit. I tried plugging it back in after about 15 minutes, figuring it would have reset itself, but the problem persisted.

Product Problem: DFSB483D: freezer at +10F for 4 hours plus

My DFSB483D is about 2.5 years old. Suddenly, there is something wrong with the defrost. It will defrost but stay at +10F for over 4 hours. Service has replaced the thermostat, the electronics, the temperature sensors, fixed a loose wire at the fan towards the fridge; all with no success. Viking is of no help at all.

Maybe this is just the worst refrigerator in the world? For a $7,500+ product from a premium brand I sure expect more in terms of reliability, service and care for customers!

Product Problem: Turntable coupling on Viking VMOC205SS

The Turntable coupling on my Viking VMOC205SS is broken and I need to replace it. How does this coupling come out? Does the Microwave case need to be removed to access this and remove it or can it be replaced through the door opening?
