Product Problem: a/c

a/c wont start when i plug it again it's starts but sound one long beep (about 2 sec.) then shuts down. no code on the display. I try the E1 reset method but it's no good. plz help!!!!

Product Problem: Heatpump A/C vent temp

My vent temp is 60 and the inlet temp is 76. Outside temp is 89. It seems that vent temp should be colder.
