Acer Aspire processor...

I bought this processor in June 2008 and accordiong to my read out it says the battery is low. How do I access the compartment ? Can you send me a replacement battery under warranty?

0 I bought this unit in July 2008 and according to my readout it says the battery is low. How can it be fitted and can I have a replacement please ? Is this a common fault?
