When I purchased a CPU processor on 9th July 2008 I did not receive a manual. Also I have not received a reply from Anglian Internet concerning the battery which from my readout says that the battery is low. Is this a common fault? can I have a longer life battery if it has to be replaced which seems likely. My email address is rmhowes@btinternet.com
