I haven't used my bread machine in awhile. Today I bought a box of honey whole wheat bread mix and the instructions on the box are for a 1-1/2 lb. or 1 lb. machine. On my machine it has settings for a 2lb. or 2-1/2lb. loaf of bread. My question is: Can I use my bread machine to make a 1-1/2 loaf?

1 It won't hurt to try. Rule: When using pre-mixes for best results always replace the yeast packet provided with fresh "date-confirmed" active-dry yeast. One entire packet or from bulk measure 2-1/4 tsp and bring to room temperature before adding atop the mix. Happy Breadmaking!
