over the past few days, no matter what setting I p...

over the past few days, no matter what setting I place on either dial, both sides seem to freeze. freezer side set at 5,fridge side also 5. on frige side ,milk juice,eggs freeze but not butter ,water and oh yes some vegatables,beer and soda get slushy. have tried lowering frige side to lwr setting as indicated on control knobs. HELP
