Question About AEG Dishwasher 60870 SENSORLOGIC

I AM TRYING TO RESLOVE A PROBLEM WITH THE THE FLOW OF WATER FROM THE TAP INTO THE MACHINE. IT SEEMS AS IF IT DOES NOT RECEIVE WATER ALTHOUGH THE FLOW FROM THE TAP IS STRONG.
