my AEG Favorit 40600 is out of order: when I turn ...

my AEG Favorit 40600 is out of order: when I turn it to "on" I hear some noise like it starts working and after few seconds that noise stops, and after 2-3 ninutes the red light marked "REINIGEN" starts to go on and off.
