top washer 'arm'...

Arm has come off (not broken). How do I reattach? Can't seem to get it back on!

0 The arm is held in the centre by two semi-circular plastic pieces which form a ring when in place. Its a clever design but takes a little fiddling about because the two pieces fit up on the water pipe plus inside the centre of the arm.
