Can you let me know why my timer does not count down......... 1. Am I setting the cooker up incorrectly before starting 2. Could the product be faulty? I have reread the instructions over and over and over and whilst the instructions seem clear enough the timer is not working....... I would appreciate your assistance in this regard. Thank you
