I have an Aldi water cooler and am looking to purchase more filters as I have nearly run out. Aldi can't tell me if and when they are getting more filters in. I have phoned the Helpline - 1300554124 - only to be told to leave a message and someone will call me back. After 3 attempts and no return phone call I am resorting to the internet.
