Question About All-Clad Slow Cooker 99009 6.5-Quart
all clad slow cooker 6.5 qt w/ metal liner...

I can't figure out how to start the cooker, after it is programmed. I didn't get a manual with the item. Also, it doesn't have a start button as in older models.
