Question About All-Clad Slow Cooker 99009 6.5-Quart
correct heat...

The low setting on my slow cooker is 196.5 F. Is this correct? Everything seems to come out overcooked and I understand that some All-Clad slow cookers come from the factory with the temps set too high. What do i do?
