I'M COOKING FOR AN OFFICE POTLUCK AND NEED TO END UP WITH MORE SERVINGS THAN GIVEN IN THE "CHEESY HASH BROWNS CASSEROLE IN THE CROCK POT" RECIPE. IF I DOUBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS, IS IT SAFE TO ASSUME I ALSO DOUBLE THE COOKING TIME? IF NOT, HOW IS THE COOKING TIME FOR DOUBLED INGREDIENTS DETERMINED?
