My wife died suddenly and unexpectedly about 18 months ago, leaving behind a number of unanswered questions, including the whereabouts of the manual for our All-Clad SCO1 . I have no idea whether we were ever registered as "owners, but would be happy to register if this is a required condition. Please tell me how I may obtain a copy of the manual. Many thanks.
