Question About Amana Dishwasher amana softsound II
serial & model #'s have washed away...

lower dish rack vinyl has worn off and the rust has started to leave marks on dishes has anyone got one of these with similar problem? can you still see your serial#? were you able to order a new rack? thank you for answering
