I removed the bottom front panel and can see the belt moving, and it appears the center assembly is turning slowly with ALOT of resistance. During all this, an extremely loud machine gun noise is being emitted the entire time. All of this only happens at the part of the cycle where it is draining all the water from the washer. I have some basic mechanical abilities...I do all my own car work; mainly because I can't afford to pay someone else to fix it. Thanks for any help.
