Break down (low cool)...

Dear Sir Pls help me. Because I bought it from USA and take it to Thailand. Now It low cool . After first check, I found lower floor cool but upper floor not cool. And I can't find service in Thailand. So please help me. How to solve this problem? Please urgently reply. Thank you Kampon
