defroster not turning on- fridge and filtered h2o is warm, freezer is working fine, and making ice, every once in a while it sounds like it is trying to release air pressure or something, for only a minute or two

0 P.S.- I vacuumed the coils and removed some frost the vents on the back wall of the freezer, but this is not helping.
