Freezer Building Up Ice...

Hello, My freezer is building up lots of ice and the "blower" is always on. I've removed and cleaned the gasket/seal and replaced it in case there was a leak, but I can't find one. Is there a problem with this particular model that should know about. I just defrosted it last weekend.
