Ice Build-up in Freezer...

There is ice building up in my Amana ATB1836ARS. It is only 3 years old. It was not keeping things frozen so I turned up the Freezer temp to "7" and then I started getting the Ice build up. I've turned the freezer temp down to "5" but am getting ice-build up and freezer burn on everything in the freezer.
