the tubing to the evaporator pan must be frozen with ice and consequently there is ice in the bottom of the entire freezer floor and water in the bottom of the entire refrigerator section. Water is dripping from the insulation between the freezer and refrigerator section. Does one need to shut off the entire unit, thaw everything and turn on again or is this a service call problem?
