Ice sheet formed on entire bottom of freezer. Bot...

Ice sheet formed on entire bottom of freezer. Both freezer and refrigerator cooling properly. Removed ice and now it's doing the same thing. There appears to be no drain pan underneath as in the "older" refrigerators. Where is the drain hole located? Can this be cleaned?
