I've just installed a new HV board on the back of ...

I've just installed a new HV board on the back of the fridge and I'm trying to program the code to get the unit working again. On the inside front of the fridge it says the code is 1412. When I enter the code (as her instructions) the unit beeps indicating that the code has NOT been saved.
