Model ATB1836ARB, purchased in 2007, quit cooling ...

Model ATB1836ARB, purchased in 2007, quit cooling recently. The refrigerator was turned off for a while when the old owners moved out, doors left open. New owners moved in, turned the unit back on (both dials in the refrigerator section), and now it won't cool. Light and fan come on, dials are set at 5.
