My new "used" Amana Energy Saver refrig/freezer, M...

My new "used" Amana Energy Saver refrig/freezer, Model number BX22S5W is not cooling down..it is in fact expelling cool air out the back, while the inside is hot. Please help. We did allow the refrig to stand vertical for several days after transporting it on its side.
