My refrigerator arb8057cw is 10 years old and I have never cleaned the condenser coils. How do I remove the base grill? And the back of refrigerator is completely enclosed. How do I get at the rear condenser coils to clean? The refrigerator and freezer stopped cooling. My freezer drawer was very full and some but not all of the food had defrosted. There was a lot of water/liquid on the floor of the freezer. Not sure what it was. Had pinkish color. Help! Need an answer soon. Thanks.

0 I have the manual. It says remove the base grill but there is no way to grab onto it. I am afraid to break it. Do I just pop it off with a screwdriver through one of the slits in the front? It is plastic and I can't see how it clips on. Also the manual shows no pictures of the back and there are several panels bored on with some kind of hex screw. I don't have tool to remove these screws and don't even know which section covers the coils. Very poor instruction manual.
