The metal grids are covered with frost, and everything is thawing out in freezer. A month ago I took the panel off the back inside the freezer (which is on bottom) and let the ice melt. Worked perfectly, but now it's frozen again. What's making it do this? Maybe a faulty defrost sensor? Any help would be wonderful. I can't find a manual for this fridge anywhere!!
