WATER NO LONGER COMES OUT OF THE SPIGOT, NEW FILTER FRIDGE 8 YEARS OLD OR SO NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM, THOUGHT LINE WAS PLUGGED NOT THE CASE, RELAYS MAKE NOISE???
