Water is collecting on the bottom of my freezer, (...

Water is collecting on the bottom of my freezer, (it is a bottom freezer), the water then freezes, and I have to remove it. The food is frozen solid, so I do not think it is a temperature control problem, but then I could be wrong. Any ideas on how to fix this would be great fully accepted.
