we are renting a house that the owners put in a new Amana Refrigerator before we moved in. It was never used. Our ice machine works fine (ice cubes look like glass) but for some reason we have never been able to get ice cubes from the door shoot. Nothing is blocking the hole from the ice tray and nothing in the shoot to the door since it has never been used. Please help! Owners can't find the manual when they bought the refrigerator.
