can't get temp above 325. Will drop to 250 and has...

can't get temp above 325. Will drop to 250 and has trouble getting back to 325. i have another fryer same model that goes to 400 no problem. Temp will drop to 300 from 350 and recovers rather quickly. so i can tell the difference in one that is not working correctly.
