We were given an Americana Refrigerator with no manual. the model no. is A3316ABSDRBB Serial No. VS750763. as far as we can see there is only one temperature control and it's in the frig at the top. I can't find a temp control for the freezer. If we set it for the freezer the food in the frig freezes, if we set if for the frig the food in the freezer thaws.
