I have only used this item for frothing milk and less than 6 times, went to use it today and filed the water box, and turned it on, the self test came up and then it showed the word ventilate and then nothing. Switched it off and restarted and now ther is nothing displaying at all. What is wrong with it? Has hardly been used, was Brand new when we purchased the hours 3 years ago but as we don't drink coffee it has hardly been used at all. Very disappointing. Any answer on what is wrong anyhow to fix it?
