we were trying to descale the coffee machine, but the system froze at ventilate. Now it won't work. We have model MCA 15 P NA. Help! k.osalady@gmail.com

1 Follow the instructions for descaling: its free online manual http://www.aristonappliances.us/_pdf/manuals/MCA_15_NA_P.pdf , this manual for your device, and you will find topic "Descaling" in "Maintenance and care" directory. Its easy to do, just following the steps.
