0 we have this oven, our builders lost the manual and we now can't even turn it on. not sure if it is broken or whether we are not turning it on right. very frustrating.

0 Sounds like it might be broken? I am able to turn mine on (set temperature, and select mode eg heat from top and botton plus fan). What I can't do is work out what all the symbols mean, so there must be lots of functions I don't know about.
