Question About Ariston Double Oven DOV317
My oven when switched on is a fan oven at 140 degr...

My oven when switched on is a fan oven at 140 degrees centigrade and the indicator lights up but when I turn the know to 180 degrees centigrade the oven light is off and the fan does not appear to be on but the oven is still working cooking at a much slower time! Is this correct?
