Since I had this Ariston oven, M never get a good successful cake compares to my old Samet oven. I had tried using icon of a cupcake, upper lower heat with fan in between and also only fan icon, but also turn out not satisfying cake result, it's either not cooked in the centre or very dry, that makes me stop baking now. Could you please advise me which icon should I choose in order to give me back my confidence in baking again like the old time sake. Thank you. Best regards, Rowena Rowena
